My beautiful friend, Jane McGrath, was only 31 when she was initially diagnosed with breast cancer, so I know first-hand how important it is for women, especially young women, to look and feel good when undergoing treatment. When we were approached by Rigon Headwear to partner with their Christine Range, we knew instantly that we’d met a like-minded friend, as they understood the desire to make headscarves that still allowed women to look stylish and feminine, at a very difficult time in their lives.

Instructions on how to tie the scarf to form a rose over your left ear:
1.
Place the scarf on your head with the elastic band at the back of your head.
2.
Pull the fitted part of the scarf down so the scarf sits nicely and smoothly on your head.
3.
Cross the ribbons at the back of your head and pull the right ribbon across your forehead towards your left ear.
4.
Tie the two ribbons in a knot over your left ear.
5.
Hold the shortest of the ribbons in your left hand and wind the longest of the ribbons round the knot till the end is just 3-5 cm long.
6.
Pull this end underneath the knot and out on the other side.
7.
Now do the same with the shorter ribbon:

Wind it round the knot in the same way till the end is 3-5 cm long.
9.
Pull the end underneath the knot.

Your rose is finished!
